- 以在汉中当地采集的红油香椿种子为试材，研究了不同营养喷洒液对香椿芽苗生长的效应方式与效应程度。结果表明：不同喷洒液对香椿芽苗生长具有显著的影响作用（P<0.01）；当营养元素为自来水+蔗糖 30 g/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+GA3 2.0 mg/L时，香椿芽苗生长速度达到相对最佳状态。喷洒液各组分中6-BA与GA3是影响香椿芽苗生长的关键效应变量。
- Abstract:
- Using the seeds of Toona sinensis in Hanzhong as experimental material,the ways and extent of effect of different spraying liquid on sprouting seedlings were studied.The results showed that different spaying liquid played an essential role on growth rate of sprouting seedings（P<0.01）and the optimum spaying liquid was sugar 30 g/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+GA3 2.0 mg/L with tap water.In addition，6-BA and GA3 were the more important variable to growth rate among different component of sprouting seeding.
