- 该文总结了近年来香椿化学成分的研究结果,并对香椿的降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗菌、消炎、降血脂等特殊保健功能进行了综述。建议今后应加强各地香椿栽培种营养素含量的比较研究,筛选出营养素含量有优势的品种加以推广;规范香椿嫩叶采摘时间,在嫩叶最具营养价值时上市销售,以充分发挥香椿的营养功能。
- Abstract:
- The recent research progress on chemical composition of Toona sinensin Roem was summarized,and its health function including hypoglycemic,anti-cancer,anti-bacteria,anti-inflammatory,reducing blood lipid was also described.It recommended that the research on nutrient content in cultivars of Toona sinensin Roem should be strengthened,and choosing higher nutrient content ones to be promoted;standard the picking time of new leaves,and be on sale when in the most nutritional value to maximize the nutrient function.
