- 以日光温室栽培的“红地球”葡萄为试材,研究了0、30、40、50、60、70 mg/L浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液对提高葡萄果实的耐热性及品质影响。结果表明:高温(40±2)℃胁迫,喷施不同浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液均能显著提高果实组织内过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,抑制丙二醛(MDA)的积累、增加脯氨酸的含量,提高了葡萄果实的抗热性及品质。其中以60 mg/L处理的亚硒酸钠最为显著。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Red Globe’grape as materials which cultivated in solar greenhouse,the different concentrations of sodium selenite 0(CK),30,40,50,60,70 mg/L were used to handle the grapes at high temperature stress (40±2)℃ to study its influence on fruit quality and heat-resistance.The results showed that under (40±2)℃ high temperature stress,spraying different concentrations of sodium selenite solution could significantly improve fruit tissue CAT,and the activity of SOD APX,restrained the MDA accumulation,increased the content of proline,improved the resistance of the grapes,in which the most significant concentration was 60 mg/L for spraying sodium selenite.
