- 黄花菜是我国种植面积和消费量较大、经济价值高的特色蔬菜和功能食品,被列为四大素食山珍之一。随着黄花菜产业的不断延伸和发展,针对黄花菜的诸多研究已逐渐开展,如种质资源评价、栽培技术研发、药用价值、基因组学、转录组、代谢组、功能基因、功能物质等,为全面发展黄花菜产业提供了参考依据。尽管如此,由于分子生物学尤其是多组学结合在黄花菜的研究中尚处于发展阶段,许多针对黄花菜具体性状或系统发育等方面的研究还有很大的探索空间。该文系统总结了黄花菜在种质资源、分子生物学、基因组学及功能物质方面的研究进展,讨论了当前黄花菜研究中存在的局限性及可能的解决方法,展望了其未来的研究发展方向。
- Abstract:
- Hemerocallis citrina Baroni is a characteristic vegetable and functional food with a large planting area and consumption,and high economic value in China.It is listed as one of the four major vegetarian delicacies.With the continuous extension and development of the Hemerocallis citrina industry,many studies on yellow flower have gradually been carried out,such as germplasm resource evaluation,cultivation technology research and development,medicinal value,genomics,transcriptome,metabolome,functional genes,functional substances,etc.,in order to provide reference for the comprehensive development of the Hemerocallis citrina industry.However,due to the fact that molecular biology,especially the combination of multiple omics,is still in its developmental stage in the study of Hemerocallis citrina,there is still a lot of room for exploration in specific traits or phylogenetic aspects of Hemerocallis citrina.This study systematically summarized the research progress of Hemerocallis citrina in germplasm resources,molecular biology,genomics,and functional substances,discusses the limitations and possible solutions in current research on Hemerocallis citrina,and looked forward to its future research development direction.
