- 以薄皮甜瓜‘黄金道’和‘白糖罐’为试材,筛选了在室温条件下(24 ℃)不同浓度壳聚糖(0、0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00、1.25 g?L-1)对采后薄皮甜瓜贮藏的最佳浓度,并探究最适浓度壳聚糖和0.05 mL?kg-1乙醇复合处理对果实采后贮藏品质、呼吸强度的影响,以期为薄皮甜瓜采后贮藏使用复合涂膜液提高果实品质提供参考依据。结果表明:薄皮甜瓜在0.75 g?L-1壳聚糖处理条件下,果实外观保持最佳,腐烂率最低。与0.75 g?L-1壳聚糖和0.05 mL?kg-1乙醇分别单独处理相比,复合处理更进一步延缓了贮藏期间薄皮甜瓜果实的腐烂、硬度和质量的损失,推迟了果实呼吸跃变高峰期的出现。综上所述,室温贮藏下,壳聚糖和乙醇复合处理相较乙醇、壳聚糖的单独处理,能够提高果实的贮藏品质、延缓果实的衰老。
- Abstract:
- Thin skinned muskmelon ‘Golden Road’ and ‘Baitangguan’ were used as test materials,optimal storage concentration of different concentrations of chitosan (0,0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00, 1.25 g?L-1) in postharvest thin skinned muskmelon at room temperature (24 ℃) was screened.The effects of chitosan and 0.05 mL?kg-1 ethanol combined treatment on postharvest storage quality and respiratory intensity were investigated,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of muskmelon in postharvest storage.The results showed that the appearance of the fruit was the best and the decay rate was the lowest under the condition of 0.75 g?L-1 chitosan treatment.Compared with 0.75 g?L-1 chitosan and 0.05 mL?kg-1 ethanol separately,the compound treatment group further delayed the decay,hardness and quality loss of the melon fruits during storage,and delayed the appearance of the peak of fruit respiratory jump.In conclusion,the combined treatment of chitosan and ethanol can improve the storage quality and delay the aging of fruits compared with the separate treatment of ethanol and chitosan under room temperature storage.
