- 以桂林市灵川县的黄花倒水莲为试材,采用组织块分离法、ITS测序和平板对峙等方法,研究了黄花倒水莲内生真菌的菌群组成及抗菌活性,以期为开发生防菌提供参考依据。结果表明:从黄花倒水莲中共分离得到62株内生真菌,经分子鉴定属于29个属,优势属为刺盘孢属(Colletotrichum sp.)、间座壳属(Diaporthe sp.)、镰孢菌属(Fusarium sp.)和拟茎点霉属(Phomopsis)。筛选到10株对香蕉黑条叶斑病病菌、柑橘树脂病病菌、叶点霉病菌具有较强抑菌活性的菌株。药用植物黄花倒水莲具有较为丰富的抑菌活性内生真菌资源,其抑菌活性值得深入研究。
- Abstract:
- Polygala fallax Hemsl collected from Lingchuan in Guilin was used as the test material.The tissue block separation,ITS sequencing and plate sputum method were performed to study the composition and antifungi activity of endophytic fungi of Polygala fallax Hemsl,in order to provide reference for the development of biocontrol fungi.The results showed that a total of 62 isolates of endophytic fungi were obtained.They were classified into 29 different genus according to their ITS characters,and Colletotrichum sp.,Diaporthe sp.,Fusarium sp.,Phomopsis sp.were the dominant genus.Ten isolates showed antifungi activity against Mycosphaerella fijiensis,Diaporthe citri (Fawcett) wolf,Phyllosticta zingiberi.The medicinal plant Polygala fallax Hemsl showed relatively abundant endophytic fungal resource for pathogenic inhibition,and its antifungi inhibition was worthwhile for further study.
