- 以六妹羊肚菌为试材,分别测定了菌丝TTC-脱氢酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、淀粉酶、愈创木酚氧化酶活性及残糖含量,研究了羊肚菌不同生长期内菌丝活力及代谢情况,以期为羊肚菌及其它食用菌菌种生产提供参考依据。结果表明:整个培养期内5种酶活性表现一定的规律性,均呈先升后降的趋势。不同酶活性间存在一定相关性,即菌丝活力最强,菌丝生长快,以4~12 d为最佳培养时间,可作为液体菌种生产的最佳时期。
- Abstract:
- Taking Morchella sextelata as test material,the activities of mycelial TTC-dehydrogenase,carboxymethyl cellulase,amylase,guaiacol oxidase,and residual reducing sugar content were investigated by liquid-state culture,the mycelial activity and metabolism of M.sextelata in different growth phase were studied,in order to provide an effective way for detection of mycelial activity and fermentation management with Morchella spp.and other edible fungi.The results showed that the activity changes of the five enzymes rised first and fell after in growth phase.There was a certain correlation between the activity of different enzymes.The mycelium had the strongest vitality and fast growth rate at 4-12 days,which was the best period for the production of liquid strains.
