- 以5种杀线虫剂和“章姬”草莓为试材,采用室内毒力测定和田间闷棚药效试验法,研究了5种杀线虫剂对设施草莓南方根结线虫的防治效果,以期为草莓生产中安全用药提供参考依据。结果表明:处理24 h后不同杀线虫剂对南方根结线虫的毒力由大到小顺序为41.7%氟吡菌酰胺>35%威百亩>20%异硫氰酸烯丙酯>10%阿维·噻唑膦>5%阿维菌素,LC50值分别为1.389 1、11.546 6、15.602 5、41.978 7、85.347 8 mg·L-1。田间闷棚药效结果表明,41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC、35%威百亩AS、20%异硫氰酸烯丙酯EW对草莓南方根结线虫防治效果较为突出,添加锐效嘉后防效增大,试验过程中各药剂处理均未见明显药害发生。氟吡菌酰胺、威百亩和异硫氰酸烯丙酯具有较高的室内毒力和优异的田间闷棚防效,建议推广应用。
- Abstract:
- Taking five kinds of nematicidal agents and ‘Zhangji’ strawberry as test materials,the control effects of five kinds of nematicidal agents on southern root-knot nematode of strawberry in greenhouse were studied by indoor toxicity test and field depression efficacy test,in order to provide scientific basis for safe nematicides in strawberry production.The results showed that the toxicity of tested nematicides against Meloidogyne incognita from high to low was as follows,41.7% fluopyram>35% sistan>20% allyl isothiocyanate>10% avermectin·fosthiazate>5% avermectin after 24 hours of treatment,with the LC50 value were 1.389 1,11.546 6,15.602 5,41.978 7,85.347 8 mg·L-1,respectively.Field trials showed that the tested nematicides of fluopyram 41.7% SC,sistan 35% AS,and allyl isothiocyanate 20% EW against M.incognita got excellent control efficacy at the tested concentration,and field control efficacy increased by adding the organosilicon auxiliary of Ruixiaojia.All tested nematicides in field trials were safe for the treated host plants.Fluopyram,sistan,and allyl isothiocyanate were recommended to be applied in M.incognita control practice because of their high toxicity and excellent field efficacy against M.incognita.
