摘要:
采用根结线虫2龄幼虫形态特征测量、雌虫会阴花纹形态特征及分子生物学的鉴定方法对浙南山区保护地茄子的根结线虫进行了种类鉴定。结果表明：浙南山区的茄子根结线虫优势种群为南方根结线虫(Meloidogyneincognita)。
Abstract:
Inordertoascertainthespeciesoftheroot-knotnematodes，samplesofroot-knotnematodeonSolanummelongenaL.werecollectedinthegreenhouseplantedfromYongjiaFenglin.TheperinealpatternoffemaleandthesequenceofITSregionofnematodewereappliedforspeciesidentification.TheresultsshowedthatallsamplesofrootknotnematodebelongtoMeloidogyneincognita.
