- 平菇“新科108”采用单孢杂交方法选育而成,具有产量高、现蕾多、出菇期长、适应性广的特点,2017年参加河南省平菇品种区试,不同种植模式和不同种植配方均较对照增产显著,商品性状优,抗杂菌性强,抗黄菇病,品质优良,子实体粗蛋白含量为23%~40%,总多糖含量为0.8~7.0 mg?g-1,2018年经河南省食用菌品种认定委员会审议通过新品种鉴定,鉴定证号为豫品鉴食用菌2018003。
- Abstract:
- Pleurotus ostreatus ‘Xinke 108’ is bred using the symmetric hybridization metho,which has the characteristics of high yield,more buds,long fruiting period,and wide adaptability.In 2017,it participated the regional test of Pleurotus ostreatus in Henan Province .The different planting ways and different planting formulas had significantly increased yields compared to the control.The commercial traits are excellent,the resistance to bacteria is strong,the yellow-mushroom disease of Pleurotus ostreatus is resistant,and the quality is excellent.The crude protein content of the fruit body is 23%-40%,and the total polysaccharide content is 0.8-7.0 mg?g-1.In 2018,the new variety identification was reviewed and approved by the Henan Edible Fungi Variety Certification Committee,and the identification number is Yupinjian Edible Fungus 2018003.
