- 以平菇“新831”为试材,采用熟料栽培的方法,研究了0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%和80%工厂化金针菇菌糠对培养料理化特性、平菇农艺性状和营养成分的影响,以期明确平菇栽培的最佳金针菇菌糠用量。结果表明:随着菌糠用量增加,培养料的碳氮比(C/N)和含水量均逐渐降低,菌丝长势逐渐变弱,而菌丝长速则先增加后降低;各试验组的生物学效率均显著高于对照组,且随着菌糠用量增加,生物学效率呈先升高后降低的趋势,菌糠用量为50%时的生物学效率最高;添加菌糠可显著提高平菇子实体的营养成分。综合各项指标得出,金针菇菌糠栽培平菇的最佳用量为50%。
- Abstract:
- Via the method of the sterilized raw material cultivation,Pleurotus ostreatus ‘New 831’ was used as the experimental material,the effects of nine content of the spent mushroom substrate (SMS) of factory-cultivated Flammulina velutipes (0%,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%,60%,70% and 80%) on the physiochemical property of culture substrate,the agronomic traits and nutritional component of P.ostreatus were studied,thus to obtain the optimal F.velutipes SMS content for P.ostreatus cultivation.The results showed that C-N ratio,water content of culture media,mycelial growth vigor gradually reduced with the increasing content of SMS.While the mycelial growth rate increased firstly and then decreased with the SMS content increased.The biological efficiency of the treatment groups were all higher than that of the control group.In addition,with increasing content of SMS,the biological efficiency also increased firstly and then decreased,while the highest biological efficiency was obtained at 50% SMS.Addition of SMS could remarkably improve the nutritional component of P.ostreatus fruiting bodies.The comprehensive results indicated that the optimal content of F.velutipes SMS for P.ostreatus cultivation was 50%.
