八种杀菌剂对草莓根腐病的室内毒力和田间防效评价

- 以甲基硫菌灵、甲托、杀毒矾、土轻松、多抗霉素、哈茨木霉、寡雄腐霉、枯草芽孢杆8种杀菌剂为试材,分别采用生长速率法和田间灌根法测定了8种杀菌剂对草莓根腐病的室内毒力和田间防效。结果表明:北京市房山区长阳镇康奇草莓种植园区草莓根腐病主要是由胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides、立枯丝核菌Rhizoctonia solanisp和尖孢镰刀菌Fusarium equiseti侵染引起的。病原菌室内毒力测定结果表明,4种化学杀菌剂中甲基硫菌灵对胶孢炭疽菌、立枯丝核菌和尖孢镰刀菌均具有较强的毒力,EC50值分别达1.7、5.4、5.0 mg?mL-1;4种生物杀菌剂中枯草芽孢杆菌对3种病原菌具有较强的毒力,EC50值分别达29.3、106.9、57.3 mg?mL-1。田间试验结果表明,供试的8种杀菌剂对不同品种草莓上根腐病的防治效果不同,其中化学杀菌剂杀毒矾、甲基硫菌灵和生物杀菌剂枯草芽孢杆菌对2个草莓品种上的根腐病均具有较好的防治效果,防效均在70.0%以上。
- Abstract:
- The toxicity and field control effects of thiophanate-methyl,Jia-tuo,oxadixyl,soil easy,polyoxin,Trichoderma harzianum,Pythium oligandrum and Bacillus subtilis on strawberry root rot were conducted by the methods of the mycelial growth rate and root-irrigation respectively.The results showed that strawberry root rot in Fangshan was mainly caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioide,Rhizoctonia solanisp and Fusarium equiseti.The in vitro experiment result showed that among the 4 chemical fungicides,thiophanate-methyl showed strong virulence against Colletotrichum gloeosporioide,Rhizoctonia solanisp and Fusarium equiseti,and the EC50 was 1.7,5.4,5.0 mg?mL-1,respectively.Among the four biological fungicides, Bacillus subtilis showed strong virulence against the three pathogens,with EC50 29.3,106.9,57.3 mg?mL-1,respectively.The results of field experiments showed that the eight fungicides had different control effects against root rot on different strawberry varieties.Chemical fungicide oxadixyl,thiophanate-methyl and the biological fungicide Bacillus subtilis had better control effects on root rot of two strawberry varieties,and the control effects were over 70.0%.
