- 为探讨猪毛蒿茎叶水浸提液对冰草的化感作用,以4种冰草为试材,采用生物测定法,研究了6种浓度处理下猪毛蒿茎叶水浸提液对4种冰草的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽天数以及胚芽长度、胚芽直径、胚根长度、胚芽干质量、胚根干质量的影响,以期为荒漠草原的生态恢复提供参考依据。结果表明:4种冰草的发芽率、发芽指数以及胚芽长度等受到6种浓度猪毛蒿茎叶水浸提液的影响各不相同,在对各个指标的影响中,除相对胚根长度外,都有“低促高抑”现象出现,但大部分与对照比差异不显著;猪毛蒿茎叶水浸提液对蒙古冰草的相对胚芽长度有明显促进作用,对扁穗冰草的相对胚芽直径有明显抑制作用;在化感综合效应中,猪毛蒿茎叶水浸提液对4种冰草种子萌发和幼苗生长化感作用综合效应的强度依次为蒙农杂交冰草>蒙古冰草>扁穗冰草>沙生冰草,其中对蒙古冰草为显著促进作用,说明蒙古冰草对猪毛蒿茎叶水浸提液具有更强的敏感性。
- Abstract:
- In order to discuss the allelopathy of aqueous extract from Artemisia scoparia stem and leaf on four Agropyron plants,four Agropyron plants were used as materials,bioassay was adopted,and the effects of aqueous extract in six concentration from Artemisia scoparia stem and leaf on germination rate,germination index,germination day and germ length,germ diameter,radicle length,germ dry weight,radicle dry weight of four Agropyron plants were studied,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the ecological restoration of desert steppe.The results showed that the effects of aqueous extract in six concentration from Artemisia scoparia stem and leaf on four Agropyron plants were different,the aqueous extracts improved seed germination and seedling growth at low concentration,and inhibited at high concentration,the phenomenon appeared almost all indexes,except the relative radicle length,but most of them had no statistically significant difference from the contrast;the aqueous extract from Artemisia scoparia stem and leaf had significant positive reactionon the relative germ diameter of Agropyron mongolicum,and it had significant negative reaction on the relative germ length of Agropyron cristatum.The integrated allelopathy of the aqueous extract from Artemisia scoparia stem and leaf on seed germination and seedlings growth of the four Agropyron plants was in order Agropyron cristatum×Agropyron desertorum cv.‘Hycrest-Mengnong’>Agropyron mongolicum>Agropyron cristatum>Agropyron desertorum,the seed germination and seedling growth of Agropyron mongolicum had significant positive reaction,Agropyron mongolicum had stronger sensibility to the aqueous extract.
