- 以发病甜瓜为试材,采用常规组织分离法对采自吉林省梨树县甜瓜上的一种新病害进行病原菌分离、致病性测定,并通过形态学特征及rDNA-ITS、NS、NL、CAM和RPB2序列分析,确定其为草酸青霉菌(Penicillium oxalicum)。采用孢子萌发法测定了该病原菌对20种杀菌剂的敏感性,以期筛选出对防治甜瓜青霉果腐病有效的药剂。结果表明:草酸青霉对25%吡唑醚菌酯EC、17%唑醚?氟环唑SC、80%克菌丹WG、70%代森联WG、22.5%啶氧菌酯SC、75%肟菌?戊唑醇WG和60%唑醚?代森联WG敏感性较高,EC50为0.001 7~1.000 0 mg?L-1;对75%百菌清WP、450 g?L-1咪鲜胺EW、500 g?L-1甲基硫菌灵、25%嘧菌酯SC、250 g?L-1苯醚甲环唑EC和12%氟菌?氟环唑EC的敏感性略低,EC50为1.379 5~8.131 5 mg?L-1,为生产上防治该病害提供了备选药剂。
- Abstract:
- Pathogens which caused muskmelon fruit rot were gotten by tissue isolation method.Their pathogenicity were confirmed according to the Koch′s Postulation,and all of them were the pathogens.The pathogens were identified as Penicillim oxalicum based on morphological characteristics and rDNA-ITS,NS,NL,CAM and RPB2 sequence analysis.The sensitivity of the representative strain TGQM01 pathogens to 20 fungicides was tested to determine effective treatments for controling muskmelon fruit rot by spore germination method.The results showed that the spores of P.oxalicum was more sensitive to 25% pyraclostrobin EC,17% yraclostrobin?epoxiconazole SC,80% captan WG,70% polyram WG,22.5% picoxystrobin SC,75% trifloxystrobin?tebuconazole WG and 60% pyraclostrobin?metiram WG (0.001 7 mg?L-1EC501.000 0 mg?L-1).Followed by 75% chlorothalonil WP,450 g?L-1 prochloraz EW,500 g?L-1 thiophanatemethyl,25% azoxystrobin SC,250 g?L-1 difenoconazole EC and 12% fluxapyroxad?epoxiconazole EC (1.379 5 mg?L-1EC508.131 5 mg?L-1).These results provided theoretical basis for controlling of the disease.
