- 以麻江蓝莓采后贮藏病果为试材,采用形态学、rDNA-ITS序列对比的方法,对病原菌的生物学进行鉴定,并通过离体试验的方法,研究了不同杀菌剂对蓝莓主要致病菌的室内毒力,以期为麻江蓝莓采后病害防控提供参考。结果表明:蓝莓采后腐烂病原菌菌株种类为灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)、青霉(Penicillium)、拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis cocculi)、香灰菌(Xylaria sp.)、木霉菌(Trichoderma longibrachiatum)、粪壳菌纲藻(Sordariomycetes sp.),其中灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)、青霉(Penicillium)、拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis cocculi)为主要致病菌。通过对青霉(Penicillium)室内毒力结果表明,10余种杀菌剂中以咪鲜胺对蓝莓采后腐烂病原菌主要致病菌蓝莓采后腐烂病原表现出较强的抑菌活性,其EC50值分别为0.007 9 μg?mL-1,推荐作为蓝莓田间防控的有效药剂。
- Abstract:
- The diseased fruits of blueberry postharvest disease in Majiang county were used as test materials,and the biology of pathogens was identified by morphological and rDNA-ITS sequence comparison.The indoor toxicity of different fungicides to the main pathogenic bacteria of blueberry was studied in order to provide some reference for the prevention and control of postharvest diseases of blueberry in Majiang.The results showed that six kinds of fungi were responsible for fruit rot of blueberry,which were Botrytis cinerea,Penicillium,Pestalotiopsis cocculi,Xylaria sp.,Trichoderma longibrachiatum,and Sordariomycetes sp..Among them,Botrytis cinerea,Penicillium,Pestalotiopsis cocculi were the dominant pathogen.Prochloraz showed good inhibitive effect against Penicillium.The EC50 values of this fungicide to Penicillium was 0.007 9 μg?mL-1,which could be used as an effective control agent for blueberry postharvest disease in the field.
