- 以2年生降香黄檀(Dalbergia odorifera)幼苗为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,研究了不同施肥处理对降香黄檀不同器官(树干、树枝、树叶、细根)、土壤、微生物化学计量特征的影响,以期为降香黄檀人工培育提供科学依据。结果表明:1)土壤有机碳在处理间差异不显著,土壤全氮(N.soil)、土壤碳氮比(C/N.soil)、微生物生物量碳(C.m)、微生物生物量氮(N.m)、微生物生物量碳氮比(C/N.m)均存在显著的处理差异(P<0.05),随着施肥量的增加,N.soil、C.m、N.m均表现明显的增大趋势,而C/N.soil和C/N.m则均表现出减小趋势;2)降香黄檀树干、树枝、树叶和细根全碳在处理间均差异不明显,而全氮、碳氮比则均存在显著处理差异,并因器官的不同其差异趋势有所不同;3)土壤碳氮比和降香黄檀树干、树枝、树叶、细根、土壤微生物碳氮比均呈显著正相关关系。施肥处理在一定程度上改变了土壤微生物植物系统生态化学计量特征,影响的程度和趋势因生态系统组分的不同而有所差异。
- Abstract:
- The research of fertilization on stoichiometry characteristics of treesoilmicroorganism is critical for understanding the regulation mechanism of nutrient elements to tree and microbe growth.A potted experiment with 2yearold seedlings was conducted to study the carbon,nitrogen stoichiometry characteristics and the relationships for Dalbergia odorifera under different N,P,K application at four levels with orthogonal design.In order to provide scientific basis for artificial cultivation of Dalbergia odorifera.The results showed that,1)the soil organic carbon content did not differ significantly among fertility treatments,while the total soilnitrogen content(N.soil),soil carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N.soil),microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen contents(C.m,N.m) and microbial biomass carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N.m) had significant differences among fertility treatments(P<0.05);with the increase of fertility level,the N.soil,C.m and N.m showed an obvious increasing trend,however,both C/N.soil and C/N.m showed a tendency to decrease;2)there was no significant difference in the carbon contents for tree vegetative organs (stem,branch,leaf and fine root) of Dalbergia odorifera,while the total nitrogen and carbon to nitrogen ratio all differed significantly among fertility treatments for stem,branch,leaf and fine root(P<0.01),which had the difference trend with the increase of fertility level;3)C/N.soil was significantly positively correlated with C/N in microbial biomass and stem,branch,leaf,fine root of Dalbergia odorifera(P<0.01).Our study suggested that the stoichiometry characteristics of treesoilmicroorganism might adapt to changes in soil fertility,while the degree and trend of the change were different among tree,soil and microorganism.
