- 以番茄、黄瓜、茄子和菜椒4种果类蔬菜为例，采用定量分析、CD生产函数合多元线性回归模型，对我国蔬菜种植的成本与收益状况及其影响因素进行分析，以探索制约降低蔬菜种植成本和提高经济效益的途径。结果表明：近10年来，我国果类蔬菜种植成本不断上涨，经济效益下降明显；果类蔬菜种植成本上涨的驱动力主要来自于人工成本和物质与服务费用，尤其是人工成本中的雇工费用已然成为制约降低果类蔬菜种植成本的关键因素；在影响果类蔬菜种植产出的因素中，技术水平起到了非常关键的作用，是提升其产出的主要动力源。
- Abstract:
- Tomato, cucumber, eggplant and pepper were taken as research objects, the cost and benefit of vegetable cultivation in China and its influencing factors were analyzed by quantitative analysis, CD production function and multiple linear regression model, in order to explore the ways to reduce the cost of vegetable production and improve economic benefits.The results showed that, in the past 10 years, the cost of fruitvegetable production continued to raise,economic benefit declined significantly.Fruitvegetable production cost increasing was driven mainly from labor and material costs and service fees, especially the cost of labor input of workers.Among the factors affecting the output of fruit vegetables, technical level played a very important role and was the main power source to enhance the output in the four fruit vegetables.
