- 以72个三角梅品种为试材,采用3nh分光测色仪对花蕾期(S1)、盛花期(S2)、末花期(S3)3个阶段的苞片颜色进行了测定,研究了不同开花阶段苞片颜色动态分布规律,以期为三角梅苞片颜色分类和育种提供参考。结果表明:基于色彩参数L*、C*、h°构建了不同开花进程CIELCH色空间分布图及频率分布图,发现多数品种的L*值逐渐上升而C*值逐渐下降;在h°维度,低色调角品种比例逐渐增加,高色调角品种比例先降低后增加。基于盛花期色彩参数L*、a*、b*进行聚类分析,构建了苞片颜色聚类分析树状图,发现在遗传距离18的水平上,可将72个三角梅品种划分为三大色系和6个子色系,即橙色系(含橙红和橙黄2个子色系)、粉色系(含浅粉、粉红和粉紫2个子色系)、白色系(含粉白和白色2个子色系)。对三角梅苞片色彩稳定性分析,发现色彩稳定性最强的是B2-1粉红色系,始终保持较高的亮度和饱和度,具有很高的观赏价值。

- With 72 Bougainvillea spectabilis cultivars as the research object,its bracts color at budding stage(S1),blooming stage(S2)and end flowering stage(S3)were measured using 3nh spectrophotometer.The dynamic distribution of bracts color in the different flowering phase were studied,and to provide reference for the color classification and breeding of Bougainvillea spectabilis bracts.The results showed that based on the color parameter L*,C*,h°,CIELCH color spatial distribution and frequency distribution of different flowering process were built,it was found that the L* values of most cultivars increased continually whereas C* values decreased.In the h° dimension,the cultivars of low angle of tonal ratio increased gradually,the cultivars of high angle of tonal ratio first decreased after increased.Based on the color parameter L*,a*,b* of the blooming stage,the tree diagram of the bracts color cluster analysis was built.It could be found that on the level of genetic distance 18,72 Bougainvillea spectabilis cultivars could be divided into three color series and six color subseries,namely orange series (including orange red and orange yellow),pink series (including light pink,pink and pink purple),white series (including pink white and white).Based on the results of stability analysis,found that the B2-1 pink red subseries had stronger color stability,continually maintaining a high brightness and saturation,which had high ornamental value.
