- Abstract:
- The leaves of Lespedeza daurica (Laxm.) Schindl.were selected as the research material to study the effects of photosynthetic capacity of leaves of L.daurica in different light environments by using the fast chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics technology,and in order to obtain the response of PSⅡ of L.daurica under light environment in the forest and the forest edge.The results showed that the photochemical activity of PSⅡ and the electron transfer energy of PSⅡ receptor in forest were lower than that in forest edge,because the proportion of absorbed light energy for photochemical reaction in forest was lower than that in forest edge,and the proportion of ineffective heat energy by dissipation was higher.However,the PSⅡ responses of the leaves were different under different light intensity,while there were little functional difference of PSⅡ of leaves under the action of 1 000 μmol·m-2·s-1between forest and forest edge and there was no significant difference in the activity of OECs and the state of thylakoid membrane.But,under the action of 3 000 μmol·m-2·s-1,the variation of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of L.daurica was obviously greater than that of 1 000 μmol·m-2·s-1,which the strong light decreased the activity of PSⅡ photochemical activity of leaves of Lespedeza bicolor L.as well as the activity of OEC.
