- 为筛选出铁皮石斛移植石漠化山地最适宜的伴生乔木,以同一批铁皮石斛种子经过播种、练苗、驯化获得的幼苗移栽于石漠化山地附着藓类植物的石灰岩上,选取5个不同伴生乔木的环境:S1(桑树冠幅+遮阳网、S2(遮阳网),遮阳率50%左右)、S3(榄仁树冠幅+遮阳网)、S4(无遮阳措施)、S5(青杠树冠幅+遮阳网),比较不同样方铁皮石斛的生长情况。结果表明:铁皮石斛存活率S1>S5>S3>S2>S4。铁皮石斛株高、节数、茎节长、基径、叶片数、叶片长、叶片宽这些农艺性状生长情况,S1(桑树+遮阳网)的良好,S2(仅遮阳网)和S4(无遮阳措施)的较差。植株高、株节数、平均茎节长、叶片长、叶片宽差异不显著;基径S2和S5差异极显著,其它样方差异不显著;叶片数S3和S4差异显著,其它样方差异不显著。
- Abstract:
- In order to select the most suitable associated arbor for Dendrobium officinale to transplant into rocky desertification mountain area,the seedlings of Dendrobium officinale were transplanted on the limestone of mosses attached to rocky desertification mountain area by seeding,refining and domestication,the research choosed the environments with 5 different associated arbor:S1(mulberry crown+sun-shading net),S2(50% shading rate of sun-shading net),S3(olive kernel crown+sun-shading net),S4(without sunshade measures),S5(blue bar crown+sun-shading net),and record the growth of Dendrobium officinale from 5 different environments.The results showed that the survival rate of Dendrobium officinale as S1>S5>S3>S2>S4.The plant height,node number,internodes long,base diameter,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width of Dendrobium officinale were better than other treatments under S1,and worse under S2 and S4.The differences of plant height,number of plant nodes,average of the stem length,length of the blade leaf and leaf width were not significant.The difference of base diameter under S2 and S5 were significant and the other samples were not significant,the leaf number were significant differences under S3 and S4,but others were not significantly different.
