- 以香鳞毛蕨为试材,采用LCi便携式光合仪进行野外检测,研究了野生香鳞毛蕨光合作用日进程和光响应。结果表明:在自然条件下,夏季晴天香鳞毛蕨叶片净光合速率(Pn)日进程曲线为单峰型,中午光合效率较高,最高达3.09 μmol·m-2·s-1,随后明显降低。表明香鳞毛蕨对午间强光、高温的有一定的耐受能力,但气孔的关闭和叶肉细胞光合活性也受环境因子一定程度的影响,强光下光抑制的发生是引起香鳞毛蕨叶光合效率午后明显降低的重要原因。分析结果显示香鳞毛蕨的Pn与环境光合有效辐射(PARe)相关系数为0.979,与气温(Ta)直接通径系数为1.926,说明PARe和Ta是直接影响香鳞毛蕨叶片净光合速率日变化的主要因子。
- Abstract:
- Dryopteris fragrans was used as test material,the photosynthesis process and light response of wild Dryopteris fragrans L.Schott were studied by LCi portable photosynthesis apparatus.The results showed that under natural conditions,the curve of net photosynthetic rate of Dryopteris fragrans leaves(Pn) in sunny days in summer was of single peak type;the photosynthetic efficiency was higher at noon,it was up to 3.09 μmol·m-2·s-1,and then decreased significantly.It suggested that Dryopteris fragrans was resistant to intense light and high-temperature.However,the closure of stomata and photosynthetic activity of mesophyll cells were influenced by environmental factors.Photoinhibition induced by intense light was the main reason for the significantly decreased photosynthetic efficiency of Dryopteris fragrans leaf after noon.It showed that the correlation coefficient of Pn and environmental photosynthetic effective radiation (PARe) was 0.979,and the direct path coefficient of air temperature (Ta) was 1.926,indicating that PARe and Ta were the main factors affecting the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate of the leaves of Dryopteris fragrans.
