- 以2年生甜樱桃幼树为试材,于越冬期在8种不同防寒措施防护下,分别测定可溶性蛋白质含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,运用隶属函数法进行综合评判各防寒措施防护效果的优劣,以探明不同防寒措施的防护效果,加强甜樱桃(Cerasus avium (L.) Moench)在新疆伊犁地区的越冬防护能力,促进当地林果业的发展。结果表明:可溶性蛋白质含量、保护酶活性均与甜樱桃越冬性呈正相关,且随气温的降低呈先升后降的趋势,培土+草帘处理下在经历低温-22 ℃时,可溶性蛋白质含量最高,为33.75 mg·g-1,与对照(清水)呈极显著差异,培土+毛毡次之;在3种保护酶中,培土+草帘处理的SOD、POD、CAT活性最高,分别为114.98 U·g-1、45.17 U·g-1·min-1、403.75 U·g-1·min-1,且与对照呈显著差异,其次为培土处理。各防寒措施的防护效果优劣依次为培土+草帘子>培土>培土+毛毡>草帘子>毛毡>塑料薄膜>涂白剂>石灰水>对照。
- Abstract:
- In order to prove the protective effect of 8 kinds of cold-proof measures,strengthen the overwintering protection ability of sweet cherry in Ili area of Xinjiang and promote the development of local forestry and fruit farming.Under the protection of different cold-proof measures during the wintering period,soluble protein content,superoxide dismutase activity,peroxidase activity,and catalase activity were measured to judge the pros and cons of the protective effect of various cold-proof measures by the adoption of the subordinate function method with 2-year-old sweet cherry saplings as test materials.The results showed that soluble protein and protective enzyme activities were positively correlated with the overwintering of sweet cherry,and increased first and then decreased with the decrease of temperature.Under the hilling up+straw screens treatments,the content of soluble protein was 33.75 mg·g-1 when the temperature was -22 ℃,which was the highest and had significant difference with the control group,and then hilling up+felt.Among the three kinds of protective enzymes,the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase in hilling up+straw screens were the highest,which were 114.98 U·g-1,45.17 U·g-1·min-1and 403.75 U·g-1·min-1 and had significant difference with control group,followed by hilling up treatments.The result shows that the protection effect of each cold-proof measure was list as follow,hilling up+straw screens>hilling up>hilling up+felt>straw screens>felt>plastic membrane>white paint>limewater>CK.
