- 以5年生‘红珠宝’海棠果为试材,采用单因素试验方法,研究了顶空平衡时间、顶空平衡温度和样品量对电子鼻测定海棠果香的影响,通过单因素方差分析、主成分分析(PCA)及线性判别分析(LDA)确定电子鼻检测海棠果香较佳试验参数,以期为观赏海棠果香测定提供技术支持。结果表明:利用电子鼻检测海棠果香是可行的,电子鼻10个传感器中7、9、2号传感器较其它传感器有更高的相对电阻率值;电子鼻检测海棠果香最佳试验参数为顶空平衡时间30 min、顶空平衡温度25 ℃、样品量10 g;LDA法相对PCA法区分效果更明显,更适用于电子鼻检测海棠果香研究数据分析。
- Abstract:
- In this study,using 5 years old Malus ‘Red Jewel’ as the research object and single factor test design as method,the effects of headspace equilibration time,headspace equilibrium temperature and sample quality were studied.Single factor analysis of variance,principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) were used to determine the best experimental parameters and provided technical support for the crabapple fruit aroma by electronic nose.The results showed that it was feasible to detection of crabapple fruit aroma use electronic nose,and the 7th,9th and 2nd sensors had higher relative resistivity value than the other sensors.The best test parameters of the crabapple fruit aroma by electronic nose test were headspace equilibrium time 30 minutes,headspace equilibrium temperature 25 ℃,sample quality 10 g;LDA method was more obvious than PCA method,and more suitable for electronic nose detection of crabapple fruit aroma research data analysis.
