- 以乌天麻为试材,采用电子鼻结合顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术对不同采收期天麻样品进行芳香品质分析与鉴别。结果表明:电子鼻技术所得的PCA和LDA分析结果均表明,电子鼻可以对不同采收期天麻进行区分。香气成分分析表明,3个采收期天麻中共检出香气成分65 种,共有成分19 种,说明不同采收期的天麻均有独有的成分。其中,醇类和酚类相对含量均较高,2-乙基-4-戊醛、羟基丙酮和2-丙炔-1-醇分别是采收期Ⅰ(2017年11月7日)、采收期Ⅱ(2017年12月22日)、采收期Ⅲ(2018年2月4日)天麻中检出独有香气成分。因此,不同采收期的天麻由于挥发性成分种类及相对含量有差异导致其香气不同,并且电子鼻技术可以对不同采收期的天麻进行有效区分。

- Taking Gastrodia elata as test material,the effect of different harvesting period of Gastrodia elata samples aroma quality were analyzed and identified by headspace solid phase microextraction coupled with electronic nose and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS).PCA and LDA analysis results of electronic nose technology showed that the electronic nose could distinguish different harvesting period of Gastrodia elata.According to the analysis of aroma components,65 kinds of aroma components and 19 kinds of consensus components were detected from the three harvesting period of Gastrodia elata.Among them,the relative content of alcohols and phenols in the three harvesting period of Gastrodia elata leaves was relatively high.2-ethyl-4-pentenal,2-hydroxyacetone and 2-propyne-1-alcohol were found to be unique and relatively high aroma components in harvest period Ⅰ(2017-11-07),harvest period Ⅱ(2017-12-22),harvest period Ⅲ(2018-02-04),respectively,which indicated that different harvesting period of Gastrodia elata had their own aroma components.Therefore,different harvesting period of Gastrodia elata have different aroma due to differences in volatile components and relative contents,and electronic nose technology could effectively distinguish different harvesting period of Gastrodia elata.
