- 以芦竹、麸皮等为原料,采用熟料栽培平菇的方法,研究了芦竹栽培对平菇产量的影响,通过氨基酸的化学评分(CS)与氨基酸评分(AAS)分析,评价其蛋白质品质。结果表明:芦竹栽培平菇,采收三潮后其生物转化率为89.72%,子实体粗蛋白含量为32.6%,氨基酸总量为24.29%,其中必需氨基酸占35.32%;芦竹栽培平菇蛋白质为优质蛋白源,其第一限制氨基酸为甲硫氨酸,氨基酸指数(EAAI)为0.82。
- Abstract:
- In order to develop the utilization value of Arundo donax,the effect of cultivating with Arundo donax on the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied via the sterilization cultivation model.Evaluation of protein quality of which by analysis of chemical score(CS) and amino acid score(AAS) at the same time.The results showed that the biological conversion rate of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated with Arundo donax after the 3rd harvest was 89.72%,the crude protein content was 32.6%,total amino acids was 24.29%,in which the essential amino acids was 35.32%.The protein of Pleurotus ostreatus came from Arundo donax was good resource of protein and its limiting amino acid was methionine and amino acid index (EAAI) was 0.82.
