- 以番茄品种“靓粉T70”为试材,设计4个处理,1 m3基质拌施羊粪10 kg、羊粪18 kg、牛粪10 kg、牛粪18 kg和不施有机肥的对照处理,探究在设施基质槽式栽培下增施有机肥对番茄生长特性的影响,为设施基质栽培生产有机和绿色农产品提供一定的理论依据。结果表明:在设施基质槽式栽培下增施有机肥对番茄株高、叶长、根长、单果质量和产量增加显著,其中以1 m3基质拌施18 kg羊粪处理番茄的株高、茎粗和根长最大,同时促进了叶片SPAD和氮含量,有利于番茄光合作用和生物量积累,最终使单株结果数和产量最高。在设施番茄基质槽式栽培下以1 m3基质拌施18 kg羊粪对番茄生长发育促进显著、增产最大。
- Abstract:
- To explore the enfluence of increasing organic fertilizer under the facility substrate groove cultivation on tomato growth characteristics.‘Fenguo T70’ tomato was used as test materials,one square matrix mixed with sheep manure 10 kg,sheep manure 18 kg,cattle manure 10 kg,cattle manure 18 kg and not control treatments of organic fertilizer were designed.The results showed that under the facility substrate groove cultivation applying organic fertilizer,tomato plant height,leaf length,root length,fruit weight and yield increased significantly,tomato plant height,stem diameter and root length were the largest when sheep manure 18 kg per square was applied,leaf SPAD and nitrogen content were promoted at the same time,it was advantageous to the tomato plant photosynthesis and biomass accumulation,the fruit number and yield were also the highest.Therefore,under the facility tomato substrate groove cultivation applying 18 kg sheep manure per square tomato growth was significant,promote production was the largest.
