- 以20个(M1~M20)黑木耳菌株为试材,采用拮抗试验和酯酶同工酶试验分析了其遗传多样性,以期为辽宁黑木耳的亲缘关系和遗传育种研究提供参考依据。结果表明:试验共检出迁移率不同的谱带21条,20个菌株间的遗传相似系数变化范围在0.060~1.000。当遗传相异系数为0.50时,供试菌株被聚成3个类群,M1和M9自成一类,其余为第三类。说明绝大多数黑木耳菌株亲缘关系很近,且聚类分析结果与形态观察及拮抗试验结果基本一致。
- Abstract:
- The antagonistic test and esterase isozyme were performed to analyze the genetic diversity of 20 cultivated strains(M1-M20) of Auricularia auricular.The result of esterase isozyme analysis was similar with the antagonistic test.The results of the study laid references for the study of kinship and genetic breeding of black fungus in Liaoning Province. The results showed that 21 bands with different Rf value were detected.The genetic similarity among the 20 strains varied from 0.060 to 1.000.Cluster analysis at 50% similarity level showed that all strains could be clustered into 3 groups,the first group was M1,the second group was M9,all the others belongs to group 3.This indicates that most of the strains had closed relationship.
