- 银耳是我国珍贵的食用菌,具有很大的营养作用和药用功效,市场前景广阔。该研究初次系统地概述了银耳在分子生物学方面的研究进展,着重阐述了银耳的生物学分类,基因克隆、遗传转化、分子标记、基因组学等方面在银耳研究中的应用与发展,以期为进一步开展银耳的分子生物学研究提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Tremella fuciformis is a precious edible fungus in China.Owing to the great nutritional and medicinal value,the market prospect for Tremella is wide.In the current study,we firstly summarized the progress in molecular and genetic biology of Tremella involving molecular classification,gene cloning,genetic transformation,molecular markers and genomics research were summarized and discussed in order to provide a reference for further research on the molecular biology for Tremella fuciformis.
