- 为明确“辽灵芝2号”的遗传与栽培性状,收集了5个当地主栽品种“辽引灵芝1号”“F芝”“南芝1号”“南芝2号”“赤芝1号”,进行了遗传差异性及栽培特性比较研究。结果表明:“辽灵芝2号”与当地主栽的5个品种拮抗线明显,在相异系数为0.56时,单独聚为一类。在20 cm×20 cm的木段栽培条件下,“辽灵芝2号”的菌丝长势更强,子实体和孢子粉产量均高于其它品种。子实体产量比当地栽培性状较好的“辽引灵芝1号”高5.0 g?段-1,比“F芝”高11.0 g?段-1,比产量最低的“南芝2号”高18.0 g?段-1;孢子粉产量比“辽引灵芝1号”高28.0 g?段-1,比“F芝”高49.5 g?段-1,比产量最低的“南芝2号”高54.5 g?段-1。2011—2013年,3年区域示范推广试验表明“辽灵芝2号”抗杂菌能力强,芝形好,产量高。
- Abstract:
- ‘Liaolingzhi 2’,a new Ganoderma cultivar derived from wild Ganoderma (Ganoderma lucidum) in Gang Mountain in Xinbin,Fushun city,Liaoning Province,China,was released by Edible Fungi Institute of Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences and was registered by the Bureau of Liaoning seed management in November 2014.To clarify the genetic and cultural traits,five main cultivars were collected including ‘Liaoyinlingzhi 1’‘F-Zhi’‘Nanzhi 1’‘Nanzhi 2’ and ‘Chizhi 1’,the genetic diversity and cultivation characteristics were studied.The results showed that there were obvious antagonism lines between ‘Liaolingzhi 2’ and other five main cultivars,and ‘Liaolingzhi 2’ was clustered a stand-alone branch at the different coefficient of 0.56.The mycelial growth vigor of ‘Liaolingzhi 2’ was stronger and the output of fruit body and conidial conidial powder yield of 〖JP2〗‘Liaolingzhi 2’ were higher than other varieties when they were cultivated on short-cut wood of 20 cm×20 cm.The weight of fruit body of ‘Liaolingzhi 2’ was 5.0 g higher than ‘Liaoyinlingzhi 1’,11.0 g higher than ‘F-Zhi’ and 18.0 g higher than ‘Nanzhi 2’ per short-cut wood,the lowest one.The conidial powder yield of ‘Liaolingzhi 2’ was 28.0 g higher than ‘Liaoyinlingzhi 1’,49.5 g higher than ‘F-Zhi’ and 54.5 g higher than ‘Nanzhi 2’ per short-cut wood.Three years of test (from 2011 to 2013) showed that the ‘Liaolingzhi 2’ had good shape,high output and strong resistance to contamination microorganism.
