- 以3种蓝靛果忍冬果实为试材,利用氨基酸自动分析仪对其果实的氨基酸组分及含量进行检测分析。结果表明:3种蓝靛果忍冬果实均含有17种氨基酸,且不同种氨基酸的含量不同。野生蓝靛果忍冬(Ey)果实氨基酸含量明显高于引进的栽培品种“瓦休卡恩斯卡娅”(E4)和“贝瑞尔”(E8)。蓝靛果忍冬果实中的氨基酸种类较多,基本接近联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织(WHO/FAO)推荐模式,氨基酸种类及组分比例合理,蓝靛果忍冬具有很大的开发利用价值。
- Abstract:
- Three plants of Lonicera caerulea L.were chosen as the experiment material,and the contents and composition of amino acids were detected by amino acid analyzer.The results showed that there were 17 kinds of protein amino acids were identified,and the contents of amino acids were different.The content amino acids of of Ey were higher than E4 and E8.The fruits of Lonicera caerulea L.contained many kinds of protein amino acids.The amino acids kinds were closed to the reference pattern recommended by WHO/FAO.The fruits of Lonicera caerulea L.had great value in use.
