- 以1年生的双瓣茉莉扦插植株为试材,在30 ℃/25 ℃(昼/夜)、20 ℃/15 ℃(昼/夜)2种温度处理下,研究了不同温度处理对其生长发育的影响及花芽分化过程中部分生理指标的变化情况。结果表明:30 ℃/25 ℃(昼/夜)处理下的双瓣茉莉植株较20 ℃/15 ℃(昼/夜)处理下的长势较好,并提前1周现蕾和成花,现蕾量高25个百分点;30 ℃/25 ℃(昼/夜)处理下的可溶性蛋白质和碳水化合物的积累量要高于20 ℃/15 ℃(昼/夜)处理;在花芽分化前期,30 ℃/25 ℃(昼/夜)处理下双瓣茉莉植株体内的ZR、ABA和GA含量高于20 ℃/15 ℃(昼/夜)处理;IAA含量在花芽分化前期30 ℃/25 ℃(昼/夜)处理低于20 ℃/15 ℃(昼/夜)。
- Abstract:
- One-year-old phants of Jasminum sambac were taken as materials.They were treated and divided into two parts,one part at 30 ℃/25 ℃(day/night),the other part at 20 ℃/15 ℃(day/night).Effects of different temperatures on the growth and development of Jasminum sambac and the change of some physiological characteristics during the stage of floral differentiation were studied.The results showed that the growth of J.sambac seedlings at 30 ℃/25 ℃ (day/night) was better than that at 20 ℃/15 ℃ (day/night),the former flower buds appeared and flower formation were one week earlier than the latter,the former flower number was 25 percent point higher than the latter.These illustrated that the 30 ℃/25 ℃ (day/night) treatment was more suitable for both the vegetative and reproductive growth of J.sambac stored a lot of soluble protein and carbohydrate before flower formation,and consumed them during floral differentiation.The levels of ZR,ABA and GA at 30 ℃/25 ℃ (day/night) were higher than 20 ℃/15 ℃ (day/night).The level of IAA at 30 ℃/25 ℃ (day/night) was lower than 20 ℃/15 ℃ (day/night).
