- 以32个芍药品种为试材,采用主成分分析法对其10个主要性状进行了分析,并对芍药观赏性进行了评价,以期为芍药杂交育种提供基础数据。结果表明:花数与株高、株幅、分枝数之间呈正相关,花色与花斑之间呈正相关。10个性状指标综合为6个主成分,即光合因子、覆花因子、花色因子、株高因子、花数因子、花径因子,其累计贡献率为87.423%,以6个主成分的贡献率作为权重建立了芍药品种的观赏性评价模型,将32个芍药品种分为了4个等级,其中‘桃花焕彩’‘高杆红’‘百园紫’‘老来红’‘娃娃面’品种综合性状最优。
- Abstract:
- Thirty-two herbaceous peony cultivars were used as experimental materials and the 10 main characteristics were studied by the method of principal component analysis,and the ornamental characteristics were evaluated,to provide basic data and theoretical basis for the hybrid breeding of herbaceous peony.The results showed that the flower number was positively correlated with plant height,plant width and number of branches,and there was a positive correlation between flower color and flower spots.10 ornamental characteristics indicated that the accumulative contribution rate of six principle components including photosynthesis,flower covering,flower color,plant height,flower number and flower diameter reached 87.423%.Based on the model of ornamental evaluation established by the contribution proportion of six principle components as the weight coefficient,32 peony cultivars could be classified into four grades,and the comprehensive characteristics of ‘Taohuahuancai’‘Gaoganhong’‘Baiyuanzi’‘Laolaihong’‘Wawamian’ were the best.
