- 为了探索适合番茄无土育苗的营养液配方,以番茄品种“钻石红1189”为试材,研究了4种营养液配方对番茄幼苗生长及光合色素含量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,各营养液处理均能显著促进幼苗的生长,而荷兰配方、霍格兰德配方和园试配方对株高的促进作用显著大于山崎配方;营养液处理也能显著增加幼苗的茎粗和鲜质量,但不同配方间无显著差异;对于根系长度而言,荷兰配方处理的幼苗根系长度显著大于其它3种营养液处理及对照;荷兰配方、山崎配方和霍格兰德配方处理的幼苗根冠比显著大于对照,而园试配方处理的根冠比与对照无显著差异;从光合色素指标来看,园试配方处理的幼苗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量最高,园试配方与霍格兰德配方处理的叶片类胡萝卜素含量显著高于其它处理;综合各指标表现得出,荷兰配方培养的番茄幼苗生长表现最好,是番茄无土育苗最佳的营养液配方。
- Abstract:
- ‘Red Diamond 1189’ was used as test material to study the effect of four nutrient solution formulas on the growth and photosynthetic pigment content of tomato seedlings,in order to research the suitable nutrient solution for soilless seedling of tomato.The results indicated that four nutrient solution formulas could all enhance seedlings growth of tomato compared with the control.While expansionary effect of Holland formula,Hoagland formula and Garden test formula on the height was significantly greater than that of Yamazaki formula.Nutrient solution formulas could all enhance seedlings stem diameter and fresh weight significantly,but there was no significant difference between the different formulations.As for the root length,which of seedlings treated by Holland formula was significantly higher than that of the other three kinds of nutrient solution.The root shoot ratio of seedlings cultivated by Holland formula,Yamazaki formula and Hoagland formula was significantly greater than that of the control.While the Garden test formula ones showed no significant difference with the control.The chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b content of seedlings treated by Garden test formula was highest,while carotenoid content of Garden test formula and Hoagland formula was significantly higher than other treatments.Taking all factors into consideration,Holland formula was the best nutrient solution formula for soilless cultivation of tomato,supplied with which tomato had the best performance in growth.
