6-BA和GA3对NaCl胁迫下铁皮石斛幼苗生长及可溶性糖含量的影响

- 以铁皮石斛为试材,在NaCl胁迫下,研究了6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和赤霉素(GA3)对铁皮石斛幼苗生长、色素及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:2.0 mg?L-1 6-BA可以显著提高NaCl胁迫下铁皮石斛幼苗根的生长率,而4.0 mg?L-1 GA3则显著的提高其根的生长率,但二者均降低铁皮石斛茎的生长率;2.0 mg?L-1 6-BA则可以降低叶绿素b含量,而4.0 mg?L-1 6-BA则可以提高叶绿素的含量,且不同浓度6-BA对叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素的含量无显著性影响;2.0 mg?L-1 GA3均可以提高叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量,而6.0 mg?L-1 GA3则降低叶绿素b含量;4.0 mg?L-1 6-BA和6.0 mg?L-1 GA3均可以提高可溶性糖含量。因此,添加适当浓度的外源植物激素可以促进铁皮石斛中可溶性多糖的合成与积累。
- Abstract:
- Taking seedling of Dendrobium officinale as materials,under salt stress condition (100 mmol?L-1),the effects of 6-Benzylaminopurine (6-BA) and gibberellin A3 (GA3) on its growth,contents of pigments and soluble sugar were studied.The results showed that the growth rate of root of Dendrobium officinale treated by 2.0 mg?L-1 6-BA was enhanced remarkably,and 4.0 mg?L-1 GA3 obviously raised its growth rate of root,but both 6-BA and GA3 reduced growth rate of stem.2.0 mg?L-1 6-BA decreased the content of chlorophyll b,while 4.0 mg?L-1 6-BA increased the content of chlorophyll b,but different concentration of 6-BA had no obvious effects on the contents of chlorophyll a and caroteniod.2.0 mg?L-1 GA3 lifted the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and caroteniod,but 6.0 mg?L-1 GA3 reduced the content of chlorophyll b.Both 4.0 mg?L-1 6-BA and 6.0 mg?L-1 GA3 enhanced the content of soluble sugar.So adding appropriate concentration of exogenous hormones promoted synthesis and accumulation of soluble sugar in seedling of Dendrobium officinale
