- 以新疆伊吾县甜瓜种植户的调研数据为样本,基于随机前沿生产函数模型对其生产技术效率及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:农户的技术效率为0.157 0~0.972 2,平均技术效率为0.598 6。在影响农户技术效率的各因素中,家庭年总收入、参加技术培训的频率、是否参加合作社和是否有政府补贴对技术效率有显著的正向影响,中度规模的甜瓜种植农户其技术效率显著高于小规模农户。甜瓜种植农户存在显著的技术效率损失,通过提升技术效率,甜瓜产量还有40.14%的提升空间。农户家庭年总收入的增加以及政府的补贴政策促进了技术应用,合作社对社员的技术服务、专业机构的技术培训提升了农户的技术水平,甜瓜的适度规模种植促进了技术效率的提高。
- Abstract:
- Based on stochastic frontier production function model,and using survey data of farmers planting muskmelon in Yiwu county in Xinjiang Province,this article estimated technical efficiency of their productions and analyzed factors which influenced technical efficiency.The results showed that the technical efficiency value was from 0.157 0 to 0.972 2,and average efficiency value was 0.598 6.Influencing factors such as farmer household income,the frequency of participating in technical training,the government subsidy and participating in cooperative had a significant effect on technical efficiency,while the technical efficiency of medium-scale planting melon farmers was significantly higher than small-scale farmers’.There was a significant loss of farmers planting technical efficiency,melon production as well as 40.14% of room for improvement.Household’s total income increasing and government subsidies promoted the technology applications,the technical services of cooperative and technical training from the professional organizations enhanced technical level of farmers,and moderate scale cultivation of melon improved the technical efficiency.
