- 以3种基因型的小型西瓜无菌苗为试材,采用体外培养的方法,研究了外植体类型、激素组合、继代生根培养对离体器官再生的影响。结果表明:以子叶节为外植体的不定芽再生效果好于子叶;不同基因型最适的激素组合不同,W1的最适诱导培养基是MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,再生频率为20.00%,W2的最适诱导培养基是MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,再生频率为30.00%,W3的最适诱导培养基是MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,再生频率为24.00%;最佳生根培养基为MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L。

- Three genotypes of mini watermelon test tube plantlets were used to study the effect of explants types,hormone combinations,subculture and rooting culture on isolated organ regeneration with the method of the vitro culture.The results showed that the cotyledonary node was an ideal material for adventitious bud induction,when compared to cotyledon.The optimal hormone combination was different for the three genotypes,the optimal culture medium for W1 was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,induction rate was 20.00%,for W2 was MS+3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,induction rate reached 30.00%,for W3 wais MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA induction rate reached 20.00%.The best rooting medium was MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L。
