- 以“贵长”猕猴桃为试材,研究了不同水平的硼肥对猕猴桃产量及果实品质的影响。结果表明:高水平的硼肥处理易发生硼中毒,降低猕猴桃产量及品质;适宜水平的硼肥能较好地改善猕猴桃品质,提高猕猴桃产量;其中叶面喷施0.3%硼酸钠效果较好,与对照相比,产量提高17.12%,并提高了维生素C含量16.5%、可溶性总糖含量23.40%,降低了可滴定酸含量15.23%,干物质含量增加2.94百分点、粗蛋白质含量增加0.0049 μg/g;且能较好地改善猕猴桃外观品质。综合试验结果,可在4—6月份进行叶面喷施0.3%硼肥1~2次来满足果树对硼营养的需求。
- Abstract:
- “Actinidia deliciosa cv.guichang” kiwifruit variety was used as experimental material,foliar application of different concentrations of boron nutrition on kiwifruit quality and yield were studied.The results indicated that high concentrations of boron nutrition had negative effect,reduced the yield and quality of kiwifruit.Appropriate concentrations of boron nutrition improved the quality and yield of kiwifruit;the optimal treatment of fertilization for quality was 0.30% Na2B4O7,increased the kiwifruit yield 17.12%,vitamin C content 16.5%,soluble total sugar content 23.40%,and reduced titratable acid 15.23%,dry matter increased 2.94 percent,protein increased 0.0049 μg/g,compared with no fertilizer treatment,improved the surface quality of kiwifruit.Conclusion,the optimum concentration was 0.30% boron nutrition that spraying on the leaf could meet the demand of the fruit trees of boron nutrition,for April—June and 1-2 times.
