- 以紫花苜蓿为试材,通过连续3年人工氮添加控制试验,研究了不同氮添加水平(CK0 g?m-2?a-1;低氮LN,10 g?m-2?a-1;中氮MN,20 g?m-2?a-1;高氮HN,40 g?m-2?a-1)对紫花苜蓿生长特性及光合生理特性的影响。结果表明:氮添加能够促进紫花苜蓿的生长并提高光合性能,在生长过程中,不同氮添加处理下紫花苜蓿产量、生长特性及光合生理特性各指标均显著高于CK(P<0.05),并且随氮浓度的增加表现为MN>HN>LN>CK变化规律,以中水平氮添加紫花苜蓿生长过程中各项指标最大;氮添加处理下紫花苜蓿净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率日变化(EVAP)均呈双峰曲线,气孔限制导致了光合“午休”现象,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)日变化随时间呈“N”字型变化规律,气孔导度(Gs)日变化随时间呈倒“V”字型变化规律;紫花苜蓿Chl a、Chl b和光合氮利用效率(NUE)随氮浓度的增加表现为相同的变化规律,并且显著高于CK(P<0.05),而不同氮添加处理下紫花苜蓿光合磷利用效率(PUE)与CK没有显著差异(P>0.05);相关性分析表明,氮添加处理下紫花苜蓿光合生理各指标之间具有统一性及相互作用和影响。

- Taking Medicago sativa as test material,by three consecutive years of manual nitrogen addition method to study the responses of growth and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Medicago sativa to different nitrogen addition levels CK (0 g?m-2?a-1),LN (10 g?m-2?a-1),MN (20 g?m-2?a-1),HN (30 g?m-2?a-1).The results indicated that nitrogen addition stimulated the growth and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Medicago sativa.The yield and the index of photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Medicago sativa were significantly higher than CK(P<0.05),which showed MN>HN>LN>CK with nitrogen addition.The daily variation of Pn and EVAP were in bimodal curve,while stomatal limitation resulted in different levels of photosynthetic “lunch break” phenomenon.The daily variation of Ci was in “N” word and Gs were in inverted “V”.The Chl a,Chl b and NUE of Medicago sativa showed a consistent rule with nitrogen addition,which were significantly higher than CK (P<0.05),while the PUE of Medicago sativa had no significant difference with CK (P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the uniformity and interaction influence of the index of photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Medicago sativa.
