- 以真姬菇为试材,以工厂化生产常用原材料为基础,设计12种栽培配方,研究真姬菇(蟹味菇和白玉菇)在其中的菌丝生长情况和栽培单产,筛选出适合真姬菇工厂化生产的栽培配方。结果表明:配方1即杂木屑25%、棉籽壳15%、玉米芯20%、米糠23%、麸皮12%、玉米粉5%为最适宜的工厂化生产配方。
- Abstract:
- Taking Hypsizygus marmoreusas material,the factory production of raw materials used as the base,12 cultivation formula were designed,Hypsizygus marmoreus(crab flavor mushroom and white mushrooms) growth and yield of mycelium in the cultivation were researched,cultivation formula for procluction of Hypsizygus marmoreuswere screened.The results showed that 1 the formula of 25%sawdust,15%cottonseed shell,20% corn cob,23%rice bran,12%wheat bran,5% corn flour was the optimum production formula.
