- 以蒙自地区枇杷为试材,采用组织分离法和常规形态学鉴定法,对其内生真菌的种类组成、分布及数量变化进行了初步研究。结果表明:从枇杷1 a生及多年生健康组织、1 a生根腐病组织和叶斑病病叶组织中共分离获得144株内生真菌,共鉴定出16个属,分别为Acremonium、Alternaria、Aspergillus、Arthrinium、Cladosporium、Epicoccum、Fusiarium、Humicola、Monilia、Mucor、Nigrospora、Oidium、Penicillium、Phomopsis、Pythium和Sebacina;其中,Acremonium、Alternaria和Phomopsis3个属为优势属。枇杷内生真菌在植株内的分布随器官、树龄、品种、病健组织不同而存在差异,具有丰富的多样性。
- Abstract:
- Taking Eriobotrya japonica?as material,using the regular isolation and morphological identification methods,the diversity of endophytic fungi from Eriobotrya japonicaat Mengzi,and the amount,species and distribution of endophytic fungi were preliminary studied.The results showed that 144 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from annual healthy organs,perennial health organs,annual root rot organs,leaf spot organs of Eriobotrya japonica.They respectively belonged to 16 genera,that was Acremonium,Alternaria,?Aspergillus,Arthrinium,Cladosporium,Epicoccum,Fusiarium,Humicola,Monilia,Mucor,Nigrospora,Oidium,Penicillium,Phomopsis,Pythium?and Sebacina ;among them,Acremonium,Alternariaand Phomopsis?were dominant genera.It found that the amount,species and distribution of endophytic fungi varied by disease or healthy,different tissues,ages,varieties of Eriobotrya japonica.The diversity was abundant.
