- 淮山是海南地区农民经济收入的主要来源,对发展高效农业、促进农民增收做出了重要贡献;但由于引种混乱,导致生产上淮山品种存在着同名异种或同种异名的现象,给生产引种及品种遗传改良带来不便;为初步鉴定海南省栽培的淮山种质资源的多样性,以收集的海南目前栽培的24份淮山种质资源为试材,在进行田间种植的同时观察和测定了24份淮山种质材料的植物学性状,并应用聚类分析方法进行了初步的归类及多样性分析。结果表明:24份淮山种植资源可分为即普通山药(Dioscorea batatas Decne.)、田薯(Dioscorea alata L.)2个种,3群普通山药、长柱种以及扁块种3个品种群。该试验为今后海南省淮山引种、资源改良和鉴定及生产加工等奠定了基础。
- Abstract:
- Chinese yam is the main source of income in some rural areas of Hainan,which made the importance contribution to develop efficient agriculture and promote the farmer’s income.Since the introduction of chaos,there exists the same species with different names or the same name with different species,which is inconvenience to the production introduction and genetic improvement.In order to identify preliminarily the diversity of germplasm resources of cultivated Chinses yam in Hainan province,twenty-four Chinese yam germplasm resources were collected from Hainan province of China,field plant were conducted and botanical characteristics were observed and measured at the same time,clustering analysis method was applied to conduct a preliminary analysis for the classification and diversity.The results showed that these germplasm resources were classified into two species(Dioscorea batatas Decne.and Dioscorea alata L.)and three groups by clustering analysis (including Dioscorea batatas Decne.,long column variety and flat block variety).This study would provide the materials’ information for introduction,genetic improvement,identification,production and processing in future.
