- 以引进的8个金针菇品种为试材,综合比较了各品种的母种菌丝体生长速度、出菇性状以及产量及生物学转化率,以筛选出适合白银地区栽培的金针菇优新品种。结果表明:黄色品种“SD-2”、“苏金6号”和白色品种“玉雪22”、“金白1号”,产量高、出菇整齐、柄长盖小、不易开伞,产量高,采用玉米芯为主料进行栽培的生物学转化率分别为81%、79%、61%、60%,适宜在白银地区推广栽培。
- Abstract:
- Taking the introduced varieties of eight Flammulina velutipes as experimental materials,the various varieties of female kind of mycelium growth rate,the mushroom traits and yield and the biological conversion rate were comprehensive compared,in order to select suitable mushroom varieties for Baiyin area.The results showed that the yellow varieties ‘SD-2’,‘Sue 6’,and white varieties of ‘Yuxue 22’,‘Jinbai 1’ of high yield,the mushroom with tidy,long stem and small cap,hard to open,high output,corn cob as main material was adopted to improve the cultivation of the biological conversion rate,and were 81%,79%,61%,60%,and suitable for promotion cultivation in Baiyin area.
