- 摘要:
- 利用胡枝子作为秋季栽培黑木耳培养主料,研究了不同培养料配方对黑木耳菌丝生长情况、产量的影响及培养料拌料前预湿焖料对黑木耳产量的影响。结果表明:胡枝子培养料栽培添加30%以上阔叶木屑,拌料前预湿焖料,培育的黑木耳菌丝浓密、生长速度快、长势强、产量高。
- Abstract:
- As the cultivation medium of black fungus by Lespedeza in autumn,the different medium formula effected in black fungus mycelium growth yield and cultivation medium pre-mixing materials were studied.The results showed that the Lespedeza cultivation medium which adding more than 30% of the broadleaf sawdust,mixing materials before prewetting stewing,the mycelium growth thicker,stronger,faster and the output was higher.
