- 以10份产量等指标表现较好的加工番茄种质为试材,采用自然低温和人工低温2种处理,筛选了适于西藏地区栽培的耐低温种质材料。结果表明:从低温胁迫下植株叶片中渗透调节物质含量、形态特征、花畸形率等综合指标来看,‘11- 922’、‘11- 283’、‘11- 652’、‘11- 450’ 4份材料对不同程度低温有一定抗性;从极端低温胁迫下番茄植株形态特征看,材料‘11- 652’具有非常好的耐低温性能,在2~4℃的低温环境下22 d仍有1株形态特征较好,是非常优异的耐低温种质材料。
- Abstract:
- Taking 10 processing tomato germplasm materials with good performance as materials,low temperature resistant germplasm materials were screened by using the natural low temperature and artificial cryogenic two treatments.The results showed that,from the low temperature stress of osmoregulation substance,morphological characteristics,spend deformity rate indexes in leaves,4 copies of materials (‘11- 922’,‘11- 283’,‘11- 652’,‘11- 450’) had a certain resistance to different low temperature;from the extreme low temperature stress in tomato plant morphological characteristics,material ‘11- 652’ had good resistance to low temperature performance,under low temperature 2~4℃ for 22 days,there were still 1 plant morphological characteristics was very good,it had excellent resistance to low temperature germplasm materials.
