- 以草菇菌丝体为试材,以凝集素提取液的总活力为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,利用3因素3水平的Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法设计优化了草菇菌丝凝集素的超声波提取工艺。结果表明:超声功率为310 W、超声处理时间为36 min、液料比为4.5∶1,是草菇菌丝凝集素超声波提取的最佳工艺;在该条件下,其20 g草菇菌丝的凝集素提取液的总活力为76 386 U。
- Abstract:
- Taking mycelium of Volvariella volvacea as material,with total lectin activity of extracting solution as the indicator,based on the single factor experiments,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of Volvariella volvacea mycelium lectin was optimization by Box-Benhnken central composite design and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ultrasonic power 310 W,extraction time 36 min and liquid-solid ratio 4.5∶1.Under these conditions,the total lectin activity of extracting solution of 20 g Volvariella volvacea mycelium was 76 386 U.
