- 以青杄针叶为试材,以乙醇为提取剂,采用超声提取法,通过正交实验研究优化了青杄针叶总多酚的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:影响青杄针叶中总多酚提取的因素大小依次为:料液比>超声功率>超声温度>超声时间,最优的提取工艺是料液比1∶60 g/mL,超声功率为350 W,超声温度为45℃,超声时间35 min,在此条件下,多酚提取率为34.72%。
- Abstract:
- Taking the leaves of Picea wilsonii as material,ethanol as extraction solvent,adopting ultrasonic extraction method,the extraction of polyphenols was investigated by orthogonal test method.The results showed that the influence factors on the extraction rate of polyphenols was the order of material liquid ratio>ultrasonic power>ultrasonic temperature>ultrasonic time,and the optimum condition was material liquid ratio 1∶60 g/mL,ultrasonic power 350 W,ultrasonic temperature 45℃,ultrasonic time 35 min,under the condition,the polyphenols extraction rate was 34.72%.
