- 以野木瓜为试材,在单因素试验的基础上,选择温度、水料比、时间3个因素,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,模拟了二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,研究了各自变量交互作用对野木瓜多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:提取温度83℃,提取时间2.7h,水料比为30∶1mL/g是野木瓜多糖最佳提取工艺。在此条件下,野木瓜多糖提取率达到11.03%。

- WithwildStauntoniachinensisastestmaterial,basedonthesinglefactorexperiment,selectingtemperature,theratioofwatertomaterial,time,usingBox-Benhnkencentralcompositeandresponsesurfacemethodologytosimulatethequadraticpolynomialregressionequationpredictionmodel,theinteractionofeachvariableonwildS.chinensispolysaccharideextractionratewerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatS.chinensisoptimumextractionconditionswereextractiontemperature83℃,extractiontime2.7h,watertomaterialratio30∶1mL/g.Undertheseconditions,extractionratereached11.03%.
