- 以壶瓶枣为试材,在单因素试验的基础上,选择超声温度、液料比、超声时间3个因素,利用Design-Expert 7.1.6软件Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,模拟了二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,研究了各自变量交互作用对壶瓶枣多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:壶瓶枣多糖的最佳超声提取工艺为:超声温度88.0℃、液料比32.0∶1 mL/g、超声时间21 min。在此条件下,壶瓶枣多糖提取率达到(18.53±0.03)%,与理论预测值18.82%相符良好。
- Abstract:
- Taking Zizyphus jujuba cv. Huping as material,based on the experiment of single factor,the mathematical regression model was established about the dependent variable (extraction yield of polysaccharide) and independent variables (extraction temperature,ratio of liquid to solid and extraction time) through Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology,and optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharide from Zizyphus jujuba cv.Huping were studied.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 88.0℃,ratio of liquid to solid 32.0∶1 mL/g,extraction time 21 min.Under these conditions,the practical yield of polysaccharide reached (18.53±0.03)%,which was consistent with the predicated yield of 18.82%.
