- 以杂交兰‘宋梅’ ב集圆’ 组培苗为试材,系统研究了基本培养基、植物生长调节剂、有机附加物、活性炭浓度4种因素对其芽生根的影响,以解决国兰传统繁殖方法繁殖速度慢的问题。结果表明:MS培养基为杂交兰芽生根的最佳培养基;植物生长调节剂浓度配比对芽生根率影响显著,在含NAA 3.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.1 mg/L的培养基上芽生根效果最好;有机附加物对芽生根有促进作用,椰汁对杂交兰生根效果最好;活性炭可以提高芽生根率,最佳浓度为3.0 g/L。
- Abstract:
- Taking the seedlings from the hybridize seeds of Cymbidium goeringii ‘Songmei’בJiyuan’ as test materials,the effects of basic medium,plant growth regulator,organic additives,and activated carbon concentration on the rooting rate of seedlings were studied,in order to solve the problem of the slow propagation speed in the traditional breeding methods of the Chinese orchid.The results showed that the most appropriate cultivating medium was MS.The plant growth regulator had a significant effect on rooting rate.The highest rooting rate was appeared on 3.0 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L 6-BA.The organic additives promoted the rooting rate of the seedlings.The activated carbon could improved the rooting rate and the best concentration was 3.0 g/L.
