辣椒砧木的筛选及其耐盐性研究

- 以韩国的优良砧木品种"RS1"、"RS2"、"RS3"及山东潍坊砧木品种"威壮贝尔"4种优良辣椒砧木品种为试材,研究其与河南当地辣椒品种"墨玉"的嫁接亲和力,并对自根苗及成活率较高的嫁接苗进行了不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理,对自根苗及嫁接苗的耐盐性进行了比较。结果表明:"RS2"和"威壮贝尔"与"墨玉"的嫁接亲和力较高,嫁接成活率分别达到82.0%、87.3%,各生长性状表现良好。经过不同浓度的盐处理后,嫁接苗和自根苗的壮苗指数都随盐浓度增加呈减弱的趋势,脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛的含量呈先增加后降低趋势,而SOD则呈上升趋势,但自根苗SOD含量在160~320mmol/L时下降,与嫁接苗差异性显著。在盐浓度为0~40mmol/L时,自根苗生长优于接穗苗,但盐浓度大于40mmol/L时,接穗苗表现出比自根苗较强的抗逆性,且以"RS2"砧木最好。
